Terms of Service

1. Service Description

AIClicks provides URL intelligence tools that scan websites for security posture, post-quantum readiness, AI content signals, GEO visibility, and blockchain intelligence. All reports are probabilistic, evidence-based decision support. They are not legal proof of authorship, fraud, compliance, or security posture. Do not rely on AIClicks reports as the sole basis for legal, regulatory, or financial decisions.

2. Acceptable Use

• Permission required: Only scan websites you own, are authorised to test, or where public passive inspection is permitted by the site owner.
• No abuse: Do not use AIClicks to perform denial-of-service attacks, attempt exploitation, or violate any applicable law.
• No circumvention: Do not attempt to bypass scan quotas, rate limits, authentication, or plan restrictions.
• No resale: Do not resell raw API results as a competing scanning service without an authorized reseller agreement.

3. Accounts

One account per individual or organisation. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when registering. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.

4. Scan Quotas and Fair Use

Free accounts may run up to 5 scans per day after registration. Pro and Business plans have documented limits. We reserve the right to apply additional rate limiting if usage patterns indicate automated bulk scanning beyond plan limits or potential abuse.

5. Payment and Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscription fees are charged in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period: no prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days.

6. Intellectual Property

AIClicks owns the platform, scan engines, scoring algorithms, and all associated software. You own the scan data generated from your URLs. You may use scan reports internally or share them with clients under your own branding (Business plan) but may not claim the methodology as your own.

7. Limitation of Liability

AIClicks provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from: incorrect scan results, service downtime, third-party failures, or decisions made based on scan reports. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Changes

We may modify features, pricing, or these terms with 30 days notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of incorporation. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer protections.
